Your area of responsibility
- You lead our Customer Success Team and work actively in customer support yourself.
- You develop and implement improved processes and tools based on customer requirements, needs and potential problems, ensuring that our “Customer First” principle is implemented and lived.
- You improve existing or implement new reports and independently derive new concepts and ideas to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- You drive the continuous improvement of our self-service center.
- You will work closely with the Sales, Delivery and Development teams.
- You sense every opportunity for up- and cross-selling.
Your skills
- You have a technical education, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics and/or IT (apprenticeship, HTL, FH).
- You have many years of experience in customer service, preferably B2B.
- Ideally, you have experience in project management and/or as a manager.
- You are interested in solutions in the areas of software, hardware and the Internet of Things.
- You want to make a difference and lend a hand yourself.
- You are service-oriented and the satisfaction of our customers is important to you.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action are your strengths.
- You are characterized by proactivity, quick comprehension and “common sense”.
The annual salary for this position is at least € 42,000 gross. The actual salary will be adjusted according to your individual qualifications and performance.
