Your area of responsibility

  • You are the first point of contact for our existing customers – from ordering to successful onboarding and ongoing support – via chat, email and telephone.
  • You recognize customers’ requirements, needs and potential problems and ensure that they can use our solution in the best possible way and work successfully with it.
  • You will not only implement our existing Customer Success processes, but also develop them further to advance our “Customer First” principle and the quality of customer service.
  • You drive the continuous improvement of our self-service center.
  • You actively work on new concepts and ideas and contribute massively to customer satisfaction and loyalty with your constant commitment.
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Delivery and Development teams.
  • You sense every opportunity for up- and cross-selling.

Your skills

  • You have a technical education, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics and/or IT (apprenticeship, HTL, FH).
  • You have some experience in customer service, preferably B2B.
  • You are interested in solutions in the areas of software, hardware and the Internet of Things.
  • Your perceptiveness and “common sense” help you to quickly identify, prioritize and solve customer problems.
  • Your way of working is structured and service-oriented.
  • The satisfaction of our customers is important to you.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
  • Proactivity sets you apart.

The annual salary for this position is at least € 28,000 gross. The actual salary will be adjusted according to your individual qualifications and performance.
